AI Ethics & Responsible Use
ZR Orion Systems is committed to responsible AI, human-governed autonomy, and accountable design for high-consequence environments.
Human-Governed Autonomy
Systems intended for defense, aerospace, maritime, critical infrastructure, or national-security environments should be designed with human authority, operational constraints, auditability, appropriate testing, escalation paths, and command responsibility.
Oversight and Validation
AI and autonomy workflows should support human judgment, not replace lawful authority, mission accountability, or safety-critical review where required. Prototype demonstrations, simulated performance, or conceptual materials should not be treated as operational validation.
Limitations and Misuse
AI systems may produce incorrect, incomplete, biased, degraded, or unexpected outputs. ZR Orion Systems does not authorize use of its materials, branding, platform concepts, or systems for unlawful surveillance, human rights abuses, prohibited weapons development, sanctions evasion, malicious cyber activity, unauthorized targeting, or violations of applicable law.
Evolution
Responsible AI standards, legal requirements, military doctrines, safety practices, and customer requirements continue to evolve. ZR Orion Systems may update its responsible-use posture as the company and legal environment mature.
