ZR Orion Systems may develop, discuss, or describe technologies, software, technical data, AI systems, autonomy systems, aerospace concepts, defense-related workflows, sensor-fusion capabilities, encryption-related tools, or mission-planning systems that could be subject to U.S. and international export-control, sanctions, defense-trade, procurement, and national-security laws.
ITAR, EAR, and Restricted Parties
Future technologies, software, data, services, documentation, or defense-related items may be subject to ITAR, EAR, sanctions programs, anti-boycott rules, foreign investment regulations, or other restrictions. Visitors may not use, access, export, re-export, transfer, disclose, or support use of company materials in violation of sanctions, restricted-party rules, embargoes, end-use restrictions, end-user restrictions, or national-security regulations.
