Ownership
ZR Orion Systems owns or controls intellectual property including names, logos, marks, trade dress, website designs, product concepts, system architectures, platform descriptions, mission simulations, diagrams, videos, written materials, investor materials, technical documentation, code, workflows, and related materials.
Protected Marks and Trade Secrets
ZR Orion Systems™, Orion Gate™, ZR Orion Command™, and related names, logos, product marks, platform marks, mission-system names, domain names, and branding elements are protected identifiers. Platform architecture, AI workflows, autonomy orchestration methods, sensor-fusion concepts, mission simulator logic, command-system designs, interface patterns, technical documentation, strategies, roadmaps, and unpublished concepts may constitute trade secrets, confidential information, copyrightable works, patentable inventions, or proprietary know-how.
No License and Prohibited Uses
Website access grants no license, transfer, assignment, or right to use company intellectual property except limited personal review of public content. No person may copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, mirror, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, train AI systems on, build derivative works from, benchmark against, use for competitive intelligence, or commercialize ZR Orion Systems materials without written permission.
Contributors and Enforcement
Materials created by employees, contractors, consultants, advisors, designers, developers, vendors, or contributors for or on behalf of the company may be owned by or assigned to ZR Orion Systems.
